Pilates (Ages 10 and up) 



Our Pilates Mat Class is designed for dancers ages 10 and up who want to work on strength and flexibility. Pilates improves alignment of the hip, knee and ankle joints, helps with balance and performance capabilities and vastly decreases the likelihood of injury. This class is open to all levels! No previous experience is necessary.


Pilates Mat class (Ages 10-18) - Wednesday 6:15-7:00pm
