Strength & Acrobatics for Dance (Ages 5-18)

 

We follow the acrobatic arts training curriculum for acrobatic dance. This program is designed to promote excellence in flexibility, strength, balance, limbering, tumbling, basic contortion, and partner/group stunting for dancers. Acro for dancers is a beautiful fusion of the artistic motion of dance and the athleticism of acrobatics. 

 

Strength/Acro 1 (Ages 5-8) - Wednesday 6:00-6:45pm

 

Strength/Acro 2 (Ages 9+) - Thursday 4:30-5:15pm
