Pilates

Sign up NOW for a Pilates private lesson! Pilates is a great way for anyone (especially dancers) to improve flexibility and alignment of the hip, knee, and ankle joint. This will help with balance and performance capabilities and vastly decrease the likilihood of injury. We highly recommend Pilates for our Company Dancers, but it is open to anyone (adults included) ages 10 and up!
